Description: The active form of ARR1 was constructed using a deletion of the receiver domain of ARR1. This ARR1deltaDDK deletion construct was fused at the C-terminus to the glucocorticoid-inducible artificial transcription factor (GR), cloned into pENTR/D-TOPO, and then recombined into pEarleyGate104 to be in frame of an N-terminal YFP reporter. Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Basta resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
